Moving into a new home can seem like a huge step to make on your own.

There are park homes which were built in the 1960’s still providing comfortable and secure living standards. Materials currently used in manufacturing will have a far longer life.

All homes still have a ten year insurance backed structural warranty.

All park homes are on one level. Windows and door frames are in UPVC which requires an occasional wipe down.

Some exteriors are finished in roughcast paint which may need re-coating about every 3 years, others have UPVC or similar very low maintenance products on the outside.

Yes which includes maintenance of all communal areas, lighting, roadways, gated entrance and security system.

From £105 p.c.m for single home which is index linked.

Your agreement will state the fee which is renewed every year to reflect the current inflation rate.

Yes, all homes can be individually designed to suit your needs.

Yes you can sell your home on the open market, the buyer must be approved by the park owner, who may not withhold approval unreasonably.

The park owner is entitled to 10% commission on the sale of your home.

A home may be passed to a member of the owners family. If it is left to a non resident they are entitled to sell the home or they may occupy it with the park owners consent, which includes transferring the agreement to the new owner.

A park home may also be gifted.

Usually 12 weeks from signing off your bespoke home. Alternatively, purchasing a show home takes about 24h.

Our parks have permanent licenses and all our home owners receive the benefit of security of tenure as laid down by an act of Parliament (Mobile Homes Act 1983 which is known as the written statement).

To assist you with your purchase we are able to offer very competitive rates for both new and established homes, subject to status.
