Pick Your Home
Now you’ve fallen in love with Waterside Park and all it’s many benefits, it’s time to pick your plot and bespoke your new home. Working with the sales team at Waterside Park, we’re with you every step of the way, making sure every element of your new home is perfect for you.
Step 3
The keys are yours
Once you are satisfied with everything then the final step will be to write and sign off your personal specification. After this has been done then it usually takes up to 12 weeks until everything will be ready for you to move into your new home.
